Half term training camp for the following squads: Advanced Squad Pré-espoir group Mini Squad The camp will focus on developing skills and techniques, leaps/balance/pivots, apparatus work. There will be a strong focus on individual skills however this is important for group gymnasts as individual progression in all these areas will also lead to group improvement
