These Holiday Camps are open to any gymnast. All gymnasts from aged 4 yrs upwards are welcome, children are split into groups based on age and abilities. **NO experience is necessary** Children will participate in: Warm up, including games, Skills Session (including Leaps, Jumps, Turns, Rolls, Cartwheels, Handstands), Learn skills with apparatus Rope, Hoop, Ball and Ribbon Practice dance/movement with Music Please make sure that your gymnast has their own drink and a towel (or yoga mat) for floor work. It is not essential to bring any apparatus but if they do have their own then please bring it along. Refunds will only be given if the club has to cancel the session.
