LEAPERS is our first/entry level class, learning first RG skills.
For children reception age to approx 8 years.

All sessions start with a game and warm up. We learn body movements, leaps and jumps as well as gymnastics moves, rolls and cartwheels. We practice with the hand apparatus of rhythmic gymnastics: rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon.

We learn routines for club events where all gymnasts can get involved!

All of our RDP (Recreational Development Programme) sessions work towards our own Rhythmic Gymnastics Award scheme. This starts at badge 10 and works upwards to 1.

Gymnasts earn a badge and certificate when they pass each badge, badge testing takes place three times per year. (Small fee applicable for badge and certificate.)

Leapers is our beginners badge level class in rhythmic gymnastics, for gymnasts working towards badges 10, 9, 8. You are welcome to sign up to more than one class per week to improve at a faster pace.
